If you have noticed a defect or other manufacturing fault in a Sasta product you have purchased, you can submit a complaint using the form below.

Please describe the problem as accurately as possible and attach photos to help us assess the situation. You can also use the form to indicate where and when you purchased the product, which will speed up the processing of your complaint.

We carefully review every complaint. We will contact you as soon as possible to clarify the situation and agree on further action. As part of Sasta's responsibility philosophy, we always strive to repair defective products to make them as good as new - this is the best possible approach in terms of both the environment and sustainable consumption. By repairing, we extend the life cycle of your product while respecting the values that have guided us for almost 60 years.
