Terms of service
Effective March 21, 2022.
General
These order conditions apply to all online orders made from Sasta Oy (Business ID: 0572065-6) on the website www.sasta.fi. The customer placing the order must be at least 18 years old. Separate contract terms apply to the trade agreements between the enterprise customers and Sasta Oy.
The customer is bound by the terms and conditions of the contract valid at the time of placing the order. The customer must read the terms before placing the order. Sasta Oy reserves the right to change the terms and conditions.

Product prices and availability
The product can be ordered from the online store when it can be added to the shopping cart. We always aim to show the availability of products as accurately as possible, but sometimes balance errors may occur. In these cases, we will refund the undelivered product (s) and notify the customer. Product prices include VAT. We reserve the right to price changes.
Delivery methods in Finland
Delivery to a Posti Parcel Locker or a Posti outlet 5,90 €
The order is delivered to the Posti outlet or Posti Parcel Locker chosen by the customer. If the order is too large for the parcel locker or the locker is full, the order will be delivered to the nearest Posti outlet. The order will be stored at the parcel locker or Posti outlet for seven days, after which it will be returned to the sender.
Postnord office or parcel locker €5.90
The order will be delivered to the nearest Postnord office or to a parcel locker chosen by the customer, from where the shipment can be picked up. If the order is too large for the parcel locker or if it is full, the order will be delivered to the nearest Postnord office. The order will be stored in the parcel locker/pickup point for seven days, after which it will be returned to the sender.
Postnord Home Parcel 10,90 €
The order will be delivered to the address chosen by the customer. Postnord will be in contact with the recipient when the order is transferred for delivery. If the delivery does not succeed in seven days, the package will be returned to the sender.
Shipping is free for orders over 150 € in Finland.
Deliveries outside Finland
We supply to the following countries: Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Canada, Croatia, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, the Netherlands, Norway, Portugal, Poland, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, United Kingdom, and the United States.
Please note that to United Kingdom we deliver orders over 160 € only.
Notice! When ordering outside the EU, the customer may be required to pay taxes or customs duties.
Delivery methods
Posti Parcel Connect
Available for the following countries: Belgium, Czech Republic, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Luxembourg, the Netherlands, Poland, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain and Sweden. Delivery time is 2-8 days, depending on the country. Packages are delivered directly to the door, in Sweden and Denmark to a delivery service point.
Posti Priority parcel
Orders to other countries can be delivered as a Posti Priority package. Delivery time 2-7 days to Europe, 6-14 days to the rest of the world. Packages are delivered either to the service point or to the recipient's door.
DHL Express is available for all countries.
Shipping costs are country-specific and are calculated at checkout. The recipient is responsible for any customs and tax charges if the order is shipped outside the EU.
Payment methods
Paytrail
We accept payments with all Finnish online banks and the most common credit cards. Payments are handled by Paytrail Oyj. The payment agreement is always between the customer and the payment service provider.
Klarna Payments (Buy now, pay later)
In order to offer you Klarna’s payment methods, we might in the checkout pass your personal data in the form of contact and order details to Klarna, in order for Klarna to assess whether you qualify for their payment methods and to tailor those payment methods for you. Your personal data transferred is processed in line with Klarna’s own privacy notice.
Ordering
You will receive an order confirmation email to the email address you provided once you have placed your order. If you do not receive an order confirmation, also check your spam folder. The confirmation shows the products you have ordered and their prices. Sasta Oy reserves the right to cancel the order or deliver it incompletely if balance or technical errors occur.
Delivery time
Notice! During campaigns and Christmas season, the delivery time may be extended, approximately 5–7 business days. We will collect your order as soon as possible and notify you separately when your package is on its way.
We aim to ship orders no later than the next business day. Deliveries usually arrive in 1-3 working days when sent to Finland. However, in exceptional cases, the delivery time may be extended.
The delivery time does not start until the customer has received the delivery confirmation by e-mail.
Changing or cancelling your order
If you want to change or cancel your order, please contact our customer service. If the order has already reached collection, no further changes can be made to it. The non-picked order will be returned to the sender and the money will be returned to the customer according to the payment method. Shipping costs will not be refunded in that case.
Returns
Products purchased from our online store have a 14-day right of return from the date of receiving your order.
Returned items must be:
· unused
· in their original packaging
· with all tags attached
We reserve the right to deduct any loss in value from the refund if the product has been used in a way that exceeds what is necessary to examine it.
Return Fee
A return fee will be deducted from the refunded amount:
· Finland: €5.90
· Other EU countries: €15
· Outside the EU: €29
Once your return has been received and processed, the refund will be issued to the original payment method.
Please keep the return receipt until you have received confirmation that your return has been processed.
Campaigns and Bundle Offers
Special terms may apply to promotional campaigns and bundle prices.
If a discounted price is based on purchasing products together (for example, a bundle price for two items), the discount is valid only when all items included in the promotion are kept.
If you return part of a promotional bundle, the remaining product(s) will be charged at the normal price.
In such cases, the promotional discount will be deducted from the refund, and the refunded amount will be adjusted accordingly based on the regular price.
Exchanges
Exchanges for a different size are free of charge.
If you wish to exchange a product, please return the item according to the return instructions and indicate the requested replacement product on the return form.
Return Instructions
Please use the return label included with your order.
A return label is included:
· with all deliveries to Finland
· with all orders shipped via DHL
· with PostNord parcel deliveries to the following countries:
Austria, Belgium, Croatia, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, France, Germany, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, and Sweden.
If your order did not include a return label, you have ordered from a region where we are unable to provide a prepaid return label with your selected shipping method. In this case, you may return the parcel at your own expense using a carrier of your choice.
