The functionality of the pockets has been improved. The pockets now have easy-to use zippers with wind lists. The jacket has an adjustable protective storm hood and two big, zippered pockets which can be used also as ventilation pockets. Ventile® fabric, which is treated now with Nordshield, is an entirely natural material that offers a unique level of comfort, look and feel as well as being totally weatherproof, highly breathable and windproof. Nordshield is a Wood-based treatment free of heavy metals, which is creating a physical yet invisible armor against viruses and bacteria, with enhanced protection on the treated textile.

Sasta’s measurements are based on the measurement tables by Finatex, the Federation of Finnish Textiles and Clothing Industries. The measurements in the table are fixed body measurements indicated in centimeters.
There are separate measurement tables for women and men:
The measurement table contains fixed dimensions of a person.
Instructions for choosing the right size:
- The measurement should be performed while wearing only thin underwear.
- The measurement is performed with a measuring tape so that the measuring tape is free, not too tight or too loose. The tape measure must also be straight. For best results, the measurement should be performed by another person or by measuring oneself in front of a mirror.
- If your own measurement falls between two measurement sizes, we recommend taking the larger size.
- When determining the correct size, you should also consider what size you normally use. This is often also the case when choosing Sasta products.
